Located just 30 miles north of Winner, South Dakota
- the pheasant capital of the world -
is the home and farm of Frank and the late Esther Moeller.
In 1947, after Frank's return from war, he opened up his farm ground for hunting by some friends he acquired
while away at war.
And from that developed into what is now known as
"All About the Hunt" - a rustic log-accented lodge,
thousands of acres of hunting ground, and some of the best hunting experiences you will find anywhere!
It's since been taken over by Frank's son Kyle, who has run the lodge now for over 25 years, but the tradition of
great hospitality and a truley awesome hunting experiences continues to be the standard.

In the early days, the hunting limit for pheasant was
5 roosters and 1 hen
and hunters would limit out in only 1 hour.
Times and rules have changed a little since then
and todays state limit is just 3 roosters.

Even tho' pheasants are our specialty, we also offer turkey, grouse, dove, goose, prairie dog and
white tail or mule deer hunting.

If hunting is not your thing, you can still take in
the beauty of the nature that abounds here.
During the "off-season" you are welcome to use the lodge
as a family or business resort.
Don't forget to bring your cameras -
bald eagles, deer, and always plenty of pheasants
are not uncommon sites here,
along with many other animals and nature views.
